We are passionate and committed to purchasing locally and sourcing sustainable products in line with Harvard Medical School's goals and initiatives. Our cafes and catering services utilize products such as antibiotic-free chicken, rBGH-free dairy, cage-free eggs, seafood from sustainable sources, and more.
We are proud of our continuing commitment to both pre-and post-consumer composting program in our Cafes and Catering services. We feature compostable food containers, coffee cups, soup cups, straws, pre-packaged salad and sandwich containers, and many other items. Our locations feature signage that directs the consumer to separate compost, trash, and recycling options. Compostable items are collected by Medical School vendors at each building we operate in.
